Live Chat
This is the most frequently used by players because it is the fastest. To write to the agent in the chat you need to do the following:

- At first, you will be prompted to interact with the chatbot, click on the “Contact the manager” area to proceed to the agent.
- Now you just have to wait for the first available support agent to join the chat.

E-mail Letter
Communication via e-mail is a longer option to solve the problem, but in some cases, it is more effective. In this case, you will not be limited by the number of characters, so you can describe your question in detail, as well as attach documents and screenshots.
